Notify your team · Email notifications

Keep the owner informed without forwarding every message.

Stacksona sends important account alerts to the verified email address you use as the mailbox owner. Your agent’s incoming mail stays in its own inbox, and alert emails link you back to Connect.

For mailbox owners who want security, approval, and activity alerts delivered to the address they already verified with Stacksona.

Email alerts use your verified owner address

Owner alerts use the verified account email, so confirm it before changing mailbox rules.

  1. Verify your account email

During sign-up or sign-in, confirm the address where you want to receive Connect account notices. This is the human owner address, not the email address assigned to an agent.

  2. Create the agent mailbox

Set up the mailbox separately. Connect keeps the owner’s alerts and the agent’s incoming correspondence in different places.

  3. Choose which events matter

Use mailbox rules and notification settings to decide which events should reach you. Connect sends alerts for protected mail, decisions waiting on you, configured rules, and usage thresholds.

  4. Open Connect to review

An email alert contains a notice and a secure link back to the relevant item. Sign in to Connect to inspect message content or make a decision.

An owner alert, not mailbox forwarding

Your email is the control point for decisions.

The owner notification channel helps you see when Connect needs human attention. It does not mirror each ordinary incoming email or copy an agent’s entire mailbox into your personal inbox.

Nothing extra to install

The default channel is already tied to account verification.

No Slack app, Teams workflow, or chat webhook is needed for owner email notices. Keep the verified owner address current and use Connect’s notification controls to manage the events you want surfaced.

Owner alerts point back to Connect for review.

Email alerts are sent to the verified account owner address and contain a notice with a link. They do not copy the agent mailbox into your inbox. Open Connect to read protected content or decide a pending action.

Email is the owner’s alert route; the agent’s inbound address remains an independent mailbox.

Questions people ask about Email notifications

What Connect sends to the mailbox owner

Does the owner get every email sent to the agent?

No. The default owner channel is for important events such as protected messages, pending decisions, configured notification rules, and usage thresholds. Ordinary mail does not necessarily trigger an owner email.

Does the notification contain the email content?

No. It sends an alert and a link to Connect. Access message details after signing in and following the mailbox’s release and permission controls.

Can I change the owner email?

Update and verify the account email through the account flow. It is separate from the agent mailbox address.
