1. Your account and your agents
This policy applies to Stacksona Connect accounts, mailboxes, connected agents, domains, messages, attachments, APIs, and notification channels. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including activity initiated by an AI agent or an integration you authorize. Give agents only the permissions they need, review requests where appropriate, and secure your account and credentials.
2. Send email people can trust
Send messages only where you have a legitimate reason to contact the recipient. Follow applicable consent, privacy, and commercial email requirements, identify yourself accurately, and honor requests to stop contact. Where commercial email rules require an opt-out or sender information, include them and follow those rules.
Do not use Connect for spam, unsolicited bulk campaigns, purchased or harvested recipient lists, deceptive outreach, or repeated unwanted contact. Do not evade suppression lists, opt-outs, complaints, or sending restrictions by changing addresses, accounts, domains, or providers.
3. No harmful or unlawful activity
Do not send phishing, malware, credential theft, fraudulent messages, impersonation, threats, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful content. Do not disclose personal, confidential, or protected information without authorization. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights or facilitate illegal activity.
4. Use domains and integrations you control
Connect only domains, email identities, destinations, and third-party accounts that you own or are authorized to administer. Do not misrepresent domain ownership or another person’s identity. Do not access someone else’s mailbox, data, credentials, or notification channel without permission. You must also comply with the terms of any connected platform and delivery provider.
5. Respect service limits and security
Do not bypass approvals, account limits, authentication, rate limits, billing, or other safeguards. Do not create multiple free accounts to evade limits, generate artificial traffic, overload infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not probe or exploit other users’ accounts. If you discover a security issue, report it responsibly without accessing unrelated data or disrupting the service.
6. Protect delivery quality
Keep recipient details accurate. Stop sending to invalid addresses and recipients who object. Do not intentionally generate excessive bounces or complaints, conceal the origin of messages, or use Connect as an open relay. Your plan allowance is a capacity limit, not permission to send prohibited messages.
7. Enforcement and reporting
We may restrict sending, disable an integration or domain, suspend an account, or terminate access when necessary to investigate abuse, enforce this policy, comply with legal obligations, or protect recipients and service reliability. We may act immediately when continued use poses a risk. Billing and refund treatment remains governed by our Terms.
Report suspected abuse or security issues to eric@stacksona.com. Include the relevant sender, message or request ID, timestamps, and a brief explanation. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, or unnecessary personal data.
8. Related policies and updates
This policy supplements our Terms and Privacy Policy. We may update it as the service changes and will publish the current version here. Material changes will be communicated as required by our Terms and applicable law.
